Axxela Mechanical (“Axxela”) is pleased to announce a new platform with the acquisition of its first partner company, Tri-Air Systems, a leading commercial and industrial heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration ("HVACR") contractor in Toronto, Canada.
Axxela focuses on partnering with contractors that provide maintenance, repair, replacement/retrofit, and installation services to commercial and industrial customers.
This transaction is Axxela’s first since its launch in Summer 2024.
